Years ago, a reliable astrologer insisted I learn to read Tarot cards. Following his advice and devoting myself to study and practice, my Tarot cards helped me create the life I enjoy today. Tarot symbols constitute energy fields of knowledge, and I have learned to embrace their messages and respect their warnings. This advice has protected me many times.
My Name is Rio
I like to do my Tarot readings in my eco-conscious, critter-friendly South Florida tropical garden surrounded by a variety of palms, mango, lime and avocado trees, and clay pots filled with vibrant flowers, organic tomatoes, fragrant herbs, and a generous sweet pepper plant. I rescue neglected, cast-away plants who I care for and revitalize.
Hatha yoga, Bikram yoga and walking meditations are my passion. I love reading books. I am enthusiastic about quantum physics. I adore farmer’s markets, cooking vegan/vegetarian dishes and wine-pairing.
I adore my animals, including a litter of kittens who are already 7 years old, their feral father who is now a loving, confident, cuddly house-cat and 4 more cubs who were welcome and chose to stay. They inspire me with their diverse personalities, genuine humor and creative communication.
